Investing in coaching has been the best thing I’ve done for myself. I know how to diet, I’ve been dieting since I was 12. But there’s more to it than that with G, I’ve not only managed to drop just over 2 stone in the last 9-10 months, I’ve also improved my relationship with food and my mindset has completely changed. I feel like I’m now, for the first time in my life, in the best place where I feel confident in my own skin and am able to balance life and the gym. I’ve created daily habits to help me achieve my goals, all whilst still being able to eat the food I like and have social events.

The best thing for me has been having consistent contact with G, she’s always checking things over and making sure my head is straight (lord knows I can get worked up over the small things) so having the accountability and feedback from G to pull me back to reality has helped massively.

I’m now a few weeks into my first ever reverse diet and I honestly am so grateful to have G as this is where I’m now out of my comfort zone, it feels wrong to be eating more food and without her there this is where I’d usually say fuck it and regain all the weight as I’ve never understood how to come out of a dieting phase before.

I wish I’d signed up sooner 💕
