Since being hospitalised with anorexia and then committing to full recovery in 2020 I’d still continued to suffer from a bad relationship with food and my body and extreme hunger that I thought would never go away. However, since working with Georgie and consistently eating 3000 calories and not seeing exercise as an ‘all or nothing’ approach I’ve been able to maintain my shape whilst actually being able to live my life and enjoy social occasions. Thinking about food every minute of every day was so draining and really took my energy out of things that really mattered. I can’t put it into words how happy it makes me to feel ‘normal’ and know what it feels like to be full again 🥺 Thank you so much G ❤️❤️❤️❤️
