Refund Policy
We have a no returns policy, which means once your items have been shipped we will not accept returns. To query this, you can contact us at sales@coachedbygeorgie.com
Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund enquiry, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. It may be the case that we ask you to return the item.

Refund not applicable for underwear bralettes or thongs.

Covid-19:

We will try to cater for but are not responsible for any local/national lockdowns which result in gym closures. This is a gym-based program.

 

Coaching Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that we have a cancellation policy in place. Refunds are discretionary to Coached By Georgie Ltd. Please enquire and we will let you know if your refund has been approved or not.
