I was hesitant at first as I’ve never done anything like this in my life!!! I spoke to my mum about it and thought to myself when would I get this opportunity again? I’ve just turned 30, Ive worked my ass off the past two years and finally feel so good in my skin after years of self loathing. It just felt like the right time! I’m so glad I did it, it was empowering and amazing for my confidence.

No LOL honestly never thought I’d be stood there in underwear in front of a photographer, my coach who I’d only met earlier that day, and other CBG clients I hadn’t met (apart from fellow Bristol client Abi of course) it was all so daunting and scary, but liberating at the same time. It pushed me right out my comfort zone but in a good way!😄

Terrifying, exciting and empowering!

Honestly meeting G was already a huge huge deal for me. We have worked together for coming up to a year, and to know I was finally going to meet her was just amazing. So I was already buzzing about that, but to then also be involved in something so so out of my comfort zone, it really did feel like emotional rollercoaster😂. We had such a laugh though, I just remember laughing all day, chatting with the other CBG clients who were absolutely lovely, and we all just worked together and cheered each other on💖 honestly I feel like I made friends for life that day and being part of the campaign makes me feel so proud to be part of CBG.

It made me feel so empowered, kind of like ‘this is me, this is my body, I’m not perfect but here I am, flaws and all, OWNING IT!!’ 😂💖

I don’t think I was fully prepared for how nerve wracking it would be first getting in front of the camera, but after a few shots I relaxed into it and the fact the girls were there cheering me on made me feel so much more relaxed🥰.

YES💖 it was the best day and I’d love to do something like that again. Everytime I look back on the day I just smile and think what an experience.
